Rosie, 24, and 44-year-old Jason have been forced to deny engagement reports in recent months, after the British-born model was seen wearing a diamond on her ring finger.
However, a representative for the star insisted that she always wears that ring.
Statham's new film Safe is about a former New York City cop who rescues a 12-year-old, abducted Chinese girl, then fights the Triads, Russian Mafia, police and high-level corrupt New York City politicians. Statham has three films, including Safe, which are due for release this year, all of which are action thrillers.
Jason also appears in The Expendables 2 as part of an all-star cast that includes Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarznegger, Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Liam Hemsworth and Parker opposite Jennifer Lopez.
However, Rosie has more than a few reasons to be happy these days.
She has made the Sunday Times' Rich List in its under 30-category with an estimated worth of $8 million.
She has also made the Money Girls list as well as ranked among the world's Top 20 Sexiest Models on Models.com.
Additionally, she was named the top style icon at this year's Elle Style Awards, and is also currently the face of Burberry's newest fragrance, Burberry Body.
